Hillary Clinton's testimony: Epstein an 'institutional failure'

While accusing the Trump administration of "abandoning survivors," former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton highlighted her work to protect the rights of women and girls in her statement.

"I have spent my life advocating for the rights of women and girls," Clinton said, adding that she has worked in the US and around the world to raise awareness about sexual crimes.

"If you're new to this, let me tell you: Jeffrey Epstein was a hateful individual, but he's not the only one. This is not a random tabloid sensation or a political scandal. It's a global scourge with an unimaginable toll on human life."
