The former president of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, spoke this evening about the draft proposed by Prime Minister Edi Rama for the association in the north of Kosovo.

Pacolli said on Erla Mëhilli's show that Rama's draft is never done to harm Kosovo.

The former president of Kosovo said that he welcomes the initiative, while adding that there had to be cooperation with other factors.

"His action was absolutely not done with the intention of harming Kosovo or taking something from the mental wealth of Kurti's merits. He has waited until now, Rama knows something more, that something is happening and before this situation he saw that it was possible and acted.

I don't know who initiated it, whether Kurt was consulted or not, which international factor Rama consulted and who compiled the draft. But as an initiative, I welcome it and knowing Rama, I am convinced that he would not make any move that would harm Kosovo. I had the opportunity to work with Rama, and he is one of those who has become the master of Kosovo", said Pacolli./ CNA.al
