At least seven contracts have already been concluded with the winning operators and the Albanian Development Fund, which published the necessary specifications on Tuesday of this week in the Procurement Agency system.

In total, the fund for these projects is calculated over 1.6 billion alleks or 16 million euros without calculating the Value Added Tax. But what are the contracts that have already been signed? They are mainly projects related to tourism, but also interventions in urban areas with the aim of retraining them.

The first contract is that Intervention in urban spaces, parks, flower gardens, promenades, etc.: Lot 1-Urban Park - Spitalle with a winning offer of 109 million ALL which will be implemented by ED KONSTRUKSION.

The second contract "Improvement of local and urban transport with interventions on roads and

sidewalks: Lot 2- "Access roads for parking, Tushemisht, Reconstruction of the road Fermë - Muriqan", Cërrik municipality and Requalification of the road - Vasil Llapushi, Elbasan" has a winning offer of 263 million ALL and the winning company "Vëllezërit Hysa".

Requalification of urban blocks Region 1 (Block 2, Kukës, etc.): Urban requalification of Wards 2 and 3, Kukës city" is the third contract with a winning bid of 329 million ALL and will be implemented by the operator MELA.

The fourth contract is the one with the object "Integrated intervention for strengthening the tourist potential in natural areas, Region 4: Making - International Tourist Destination" won by the company ERGI with an offer of 195 million ALL.

The fifth contract promoted a few days ago also in a special activity is the one for the construction of the infrastructure of integrated models in areas with development potential, Bulqiza: Retro Theme Park, Bulqiza "Division" Lot 1" with an offer of 292 million ALL and implemented by ULZA.

The sixth contract is the one in the South of the country for the improvement of local and urban transport with interventions on roads and sidewalks: Lot 3- "Requalification of the access road to Ksamil, Saranda municipality with a winning bid of 184 million ALL from the operator ALMO KONSTRUKSION.

The latest contract is "Construction of the Superstrade-Hidrovor road (Talë-Lezhë)" with a limited fund of ALL 578 million and won by the GECI company./ Monitor magazine
