Prices for food products / The decision of the Transparency Board is clarified

The Transparency Board has published the decision on the wholesale / retail prices of basic food products and other related products.

Decision:
Approval of the margins that will be applied for the sugar based food product, as a result of the special situation created by the increase of international prices.

Për artikullin sheqer (1 kg) miratohen marzhet si më poshtë:
a. Marzhi tavan i tregtimit të shitjes me shumicë të sheqerit nga importuesi dhe ambalazhuesi është 15 lekë/kg (6 lekë/kg për importuesin dhe 9 lekë/kg për ambalazhuesin) mbi koston e importit plus detyrimet e paguara në doganë.

b. Marzhi i tregtimit të transportuesit i cili mund të jetë shitësi me shumicë, shitësi me pakicë apo palë të treta, nga magazina e shitësit me shumicë tek magazina e shitësit me pakicë është 2 lekë/kg mbi çmimin e llogaritur sipas gërmës “a” të këtij paragrafi.

c. Marzhi i tregtimit të shitjes në njësitë e tregtimit me pakicë të produktit sheqer është 3 lekë/kg mbi çmimin e llogaritur sipas gërmës “a” të këtij paragrafi plus transportin sipas gërmës “b” të këtij paragrafi.

This decision is binding on all entities that wholesale / retail trade the product defined in this decision.

In the statement no. 1 below are given the data regarding the calculations of the trading ceiling price according to the margins defined in point 2 of this decision.

This decision enters into force on 27.06.2022 and extends its effects until the next meeting of the Board.
