The wife of Petrit Bala, diagnosed with a tumor, traveled from Puka to Tirana to seek a solution for the non-payment of medical reports for the period June-December 2025.

The employer claims that Petrit Bala left his job on June 20, 2025, while the medical report was issued on June 21, considering it invalid.

"He was an employee of HEC from 2019 until June 19, 2025, who left his shift that day at 7 am. On the 19th, 20th, and 21st, he had a day off. On the 22nd, he had to report to work. Due to illness, he went to the hospital. On the 21st, he received the report from his family doctor, I communicated with the economist and told him about the report issued by the family doctor. She says I don't pay him," said Bala's wife.

During a hidden camera communication at the HEC offices of the Doctor in Tirana, company representatives offered payment in cash, without documentation, a solution that does not serve the legal benefit of KEMP and social security rights.
