Qytetarja thotë se është interesuar pranë zyrës së ndihmës ekonomike dhe gjendjes civile, por nuk i kanë dhënë asnjë informacion se përse ka ndodhur ky ndryshim. Ajo thotë se me 30 mijë lekë të vjetra që ajo merr si ndihmë ekonomike blinte ilaçe dhe siguronte pak ushqim për veten dhe të birin.

Bashkë me zonjën Valentina, gazetarët e Fiks Fare i drejtohen zyrës së gjendjes civile në bashkinë Gramsh për të pyetur se çfarë ka ndodhur me adresën e shtëpisë së saj. Punonjësi i gjendjes civile tregon se adresa e shtëpisë është ndryshuar si pasojë e sistemit. Regjistri kombëtar i Adresave herë pas here rinovohet dhe merr një komandë. Ky është një gabim i ndodhur nga ky sistem, por që rregullohet dhe me një dokument mund të bëhet. Punonjësi i kësaj bashkie thotë se problemi është rregulluar me datë 13 të këtij muajit Qershor. Për sa i përket ndërprerjes së ndihmës ekonomike nuk është kjo zyra e cila mban përgjegjësi të tillë. Në një bisedë telefonike punonjësja e zyrës së ndihmës ekonomike në fshatin Brasnik të qytetit të Gramshit thotë se zonja duhet të ketë bërë një kërkesë për të ndryshuar adresën e shtëpisë sepse në zyrat e tyre nuk ka gjendje civile.
