Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani held a press conference after meeting with the Mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci.
Osmani stated that early elections are normal for any democracy and said that he is confident that this process will also go well. The President stated that after the elections, there will be a constitution of the Assembly and the new government will be elected.
" Early elections are normal in any democracy, and this process will go well.
I am confident that we will have a constitution after the elections and a new government because now we also have the rulings of the Constitutional Court.
This does not hinder Independence Day celebrations.
"Any initiative that unites Kosovo with Albania, and in this case Shkodra with Gjakova, is welcome," Osmani declared.
