The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, reacted after the murder of the former prison policeman, Gentian Bejtja, this afternoon in the hallway of his apartment in Larushk, where he was executed with a barrage of bullets.
Bardhi stated that the mafia assassinations that are being repeated every day are a danger to the lives of citizens.
According to him, it is unacceptable that professionalism in the security structures is replaced by stale propaganda of the Minister of the Interior.
He emphasizes that anarchy, crime and murders cannot be the everyday life of citizens in 2024.
"Public order and security has taken dramatic proportions during the last few months. Mafia attacks that are repeated every day are a permanent danger to the lives of citizens.
It is unacceptable that professionalism in the security structures is replaced by stale propaganda of the Minister of the Interior.
The connection between politics and organized crime is making it impossible for police professionals to guarantee the lives of citizens.
Anarchy, crime and murders cannot be the everyday life of citizens in 2024", said Bardhi./ CNA
