“Veliaj, Xoxa dhe Abule si një grup i strukturuar kriminal”/ Klodiana Lala: Apeli i Posaçëm ka orientuar SPAK-un

Gazetarja Klodiana Lala ka komentuar vendimin e Apelit të Posaçëm për kryebashkiakun Erion Veliaj, ku në vendim theksohej se bashkëpunimi i Veliajt, Ajola Xoxës dhe Elman Abules ka tiparet e një grupi të strukturuar kriminal.

E ftuar në MCN TV, gazetarja tha se ky është një orientim që gjykata i bën SPAK si në rastin e 5D dhe Ilir Beqajt.

“Apeli i Posaçëm ka arsyetuar gjithë argumentet që ka marrë në konsideratë për mbajtjen e kryebashkiakut Erion Veliaj prapa hekurave.

Sipas gjykatës Veliaj mund të helmojë provat për shkak të detyrës pasi është ende kryetar bashkie.

Gjykata ka arsyetuar se Veliaj ka patur sjellje jo korrekte ndaj njerëzve të drejtësisë. Kanë përdorur si prova bisedat e Veliajt.

Sipas gjykatës Veliaj orkestronte sulme ndaj drejtësisë.

Gjykata e ka orientuar prokurorin për një grup të strukturuar kriminal ashtu si në rastin e “5D” dhe Ilir Beqajt”, tha gazetarja./ CNA
