Veliaj vents his anger at the protesters/ "Stan with rabbits, chapačula with Molotov cocktails"

Mayor Erion Veliaj, after mocking SPAK by calling the prosecutors and investigators of this Prosecutor's Office colleagues and collaborators, vented his anger at the protesters.

He called them stans with rabbits and chapaculas with Molotov cocktails.

"They are tired of stinking... they are tired of building a shantytown around Skënderbej Square. It's the same people who used to get pistols. They are rabbit hutches. The square was full of tourists and those who were nostalgic for the Tirana of '94 were taking pictures.

There is no chance that Albania will turn back. They have nothing to do in Tirana. Molotov cocktails are a weak imitation of the ultras of the Fanatics of Tirana. These have nothing to do with Tirana", said Veliaj./ CNA
