“Veliaj po keqpërdor SPAK-un”/ Këlliçi: Po kompromenton rëndë hetuesit

Belind Këlliçi, drejtuesi politik i PD-së për Tiranën, ka deklaruar se paraqitja e kryebashkiakut Erion Veliaj në SPAK ishte një reagim i vonuar nga Prokuroria.

Sipas Këlliçit, Veliaj po keqpërdor SPAK pasi me mënyrën se si flet po kompromenton rëndë hetuesit, pra ose ata i ka vartës ose janë hajdutë si Veliaj.

Këlliçi tha se nëse kjo nuk qëndron, atëherë Erion Veliaj po gënjen.

“Është e pamundur që një individ të ketë një deklaratë të tillë dhe mos të kundërshtohet, atëherë na lind idea që SPAK kontrollohet dhe komandohet nga Erion Veliaj.

Në aspektin procedurial ajo që ka ndodhur, pra thirrja e tij si person që ka dijeni, është normale. Pastaj bazuar në thëniet e tij, prokurorët mund t’i ndryshojnë statusin. Por nuk ka të madh dhe të vogël që nuk e di që Erion Veliaj nuk është hajdut në krye të Bashkisë së Tiranës”, tha Këlliçi./ CNA
