Analyst Neritan Sejamini, in a television appearance, analyzed the management of the Municipality of Tirana. He said that the machinery that was set up for votes in Tirana by Veliaj and Edi Rama has not yet been dismantled.

The journalist also raised concerns about undeserved appointments, saying that people who come from the streets become powerful directors in the municipality.

Sejamini said that even though former mayor Veliaj will be replaced, the system will not change and corruption will continue. Analyzing the situation, he also raised several questions:

"Veliaj is irrelevant. What I regret is that we have not dismantled the voting machinery that Rama and Veliaj set up in Tirana."
