"SPAK is expected to declare an investigation into tenders in the Municipality of Tirana"/ Lala: Mazniku was summoned today, but did not appear

"SPAK is expected to declare an investigation into tenders in the

Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to MCN TV, stated that there is another investigation by SPAK into tenders in the Municipality of Tirana.

Regarding today's summons from the Criminal Court of Appeals of Belind Këllicci, Lala said that he was summoned as a witness and Arbian Mazniku for the involvement of the directors, but he did not appear and if he does not go again, he will be escorted by force.

"Today, Arbian Mazniku was also summoned but did not appear. Mazniku is a witness in the case of the directors for the "5D" affair in another faction. I cannot say that he is under investigation, but he was asked about a bar that Mazniku has in the New Bazaar. If Mazniku does not appear next time, he will be accompanied by force.

There is another investigation into tenders in the Municipality of Tirana, it is expected that prosecutors will make a statement soon, said Lala./ CNA
