SPAK did not postpone the investigations/ Veliaj's media deceived

A piece of news appeared in some media, a "fake news" directed by lawyers, law firms close to Veliaj or even his own media, that SPAK had postponed the investigations into the mayor of Tirana. A "fake news", there is no extension of the investigation deadlines for the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

According to data received from other law firms, which are involved in the defense of Erion Veliaj and their clients, it appears that SPAK has notified all entities involved under investigation of the conclusion of the investigation, i.e. their closure, as Erion Veliaj, Ajola Xoxa, Arbër Veliaj and other entities are under investigation.

Or as it is commonly called, there are factions.

SPAK has closed the investigations into Erion Veliaj, has officially sent the notifications. There is no longer a postponement period, but according to the law, lawyers have 10 days to make their requests and then there are another 30 days to carry out the actions. Given that it is already August, given that there are also legal deadlines, the deadline has been extended to September 24. But it is not a postponement of investigations .

There are no more postponements of investigations, they are closed for the parts of the file that have been sent to the court. These deadlines, i.e. the 10 days of requests, the other 30 days that the law gives to lawyers for procedures, are the work of the lawyers, i.e. the defendant in the process. They are the ones who must now make the requests, there are procedures and there is no postponement of the investigations. The investigations are closed.

The games that there is an extension of the investigation, that he will stay in prison for another two months, are simply and only lies. The investigations are closed, the case has been taken to court. Now there are legal procedures, from the requests that the lawyers have to make or 30 days are for actions and this is known even by the most ignorant lawyer. But the government media, the Erion media, have invented a postponement of the investigation which is in fact a big lie, produced again, just look at Mero Baze's "Tema" newspaper, where the language used is again that of legal technicality: why did the news leak yesterday from SPAK that Erion is being notified of charges or the lie that the investigation has been postponed by two months.
