The Special Anticorruption Prosecution forwarded the request and file for the extradition of Durim Bami to the Ministry of Justice.

Durim Bami, one of the most wanted by the police, was arrested on June 12 in Dubai. 

He was declared wanted during the SPAK mega-operation. The 45-year-old is accused of several serious criminal offences, such as providing conditions and material means to commit murder, organized criminal group, cultivation of narcotic plants and committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization or organized criminal group.

According to the SPAK file, Bami is accused of having provided the conditions to kill Arben Ndokë, Tori Xheçukë and Erigers Mihas, as well as being involved in the cultivation of cannabis in Tapizë i Nikla.

On the other hand, according to the file of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Durim and Valter Bami were pursued by 16 other people who wanted to kill them.
