"Albanians know it well"/ Bushati: Crime is sitting cross-legged at

Analyst Andi Bushati said that power in the country is linked to crime and, according to him, Albanians know this very well.

In an interview on "Syri Tv", Bushati commented on the chaos with the towers erected in the center of Tirana.

Bushati also stopped the work of Albanian journalists on the anomalies occurring in the country, where he did not hesitate to criticize.  

"I believe that every Albanian knows that he doesn't need a foreign journalist to understand how closely connected the government here is to crime. He only needs to rub his eyes when he wakes up in Tirana and sees the towers rising in the center of Tirana to understand that crime is sitting cross-legged at the heart of the government."

So, those monuments that are erected in the center of Tirana and that are unbuyable by any Albanian who makes a living with honest work, show that there is an anomaly here. There is an anomaly and we see it ourselves and there is no need for a foreign journalist to tell us.

What is the work that Albanian journalists can do, why don't they go in depth?

Some are bought, captured, and in service, and they show themselves when they pretend this book doesn't exist.

"But even those media outlets that are not caught, to do their job, to set up a cell of investigative journalists, so that they have time and funds to dedicate to investigative work," Bushati said. /CNA
