Albania 'verbal note' in CoE/ Rama publishes the document

Prime Minister Edi Rama has published the document that was sent to the Council of Europe/

In a post on social networks, Rama writes that the infamous report of Dick Marty cannot enjoy the supporting resolution, so he demands justice for this matter.

"Albania asks the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to produce a follow-up report and therefore a substantial review of Resolution 1782 (2011). Albania reaffirms its steadfast will to help justice and to support any effort aimed at discovering the truth and considers this initiative a meaningful expression of this will," writes Rama.

The resolution has been sent to:

Member countries and those with observer status of the Council of Europe;

General Secretary of the Council of Europe;

the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe;

Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

Committee for Political Affairs and Democracy in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. /CNA.al
