The media reports that the salmonella fillet scandal has been covered up. The National Food Authority has not been transparent about the quantity and name of the company, even though even 50 grams of contaminated product is enough to endanger the health of the population and constitutes a crime.

The NFA should have notified consumers not today with this decision, but on March 11 or at least on March 21 when it had the results of the analyses conducted by ISUV.
