Gjici kërkon që t’i ndryshohet masa nga “Arrest me burg” në “Arrest shtëpie” për pjesën e mbetur të dënimit. Të njëjtën kërkesë, ish-kryebashkiaku e ka dorëzuar dhe më parë, por i është refuzuar.
