Increased security in courts/ Proda arrives at the GJKKO, meeting with Erjon Bani

The Director of the State Police, Ilir Proda, arrived a little earlier at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime.

Proda's meeting with the Deputy President of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Erjon Banin, comes within the framework of taking measures to increase security in the courts.

A day ago, the Supreme Court of Kosovo announced the drafting of a plan of measures for security in the judicial system following the murder of Judge Astrit Kalaja.

The plan of measures included the establishment of a working group with representatives from the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Kosovo, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Interior, the State Police and other law enforcement agencies. /CNA
