The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has commented on the language used by Erion Veliaj after leaving SPAK.

Manjani described him as a donkey, a total animal as he is used to speaking in public according to the instructions that Rama's propaganda office has built.

According to him, Rama has already left Veliaj in free fall to defend himself and show who he is, and he is showing who he is.

 "First of all, as far as the vocabulary that the gentleman uses, it shows that this is an institutional ass, and I feel sorry for the ass, but this is an ass in the slang sense, when we want to insult someone, a total animal.

When he says the budget of the SP, what can you say to this but an ass, when he knows that the state budget is approved by the parliament, while he knows that the budget is approved by the SP and that SPAK is an institution of the SP.
