Journalist Aranita Brahaj has spoken about the Tirana incinerator affair and Erion Veliaj's involvement in this mega-corruption affair.

Invited to the show Targeted with the journalist Klodiana Lala, Brahaj said that Veliaj has misused his office at the moment that for a problematic contract like that of the incinerator in Tirana, which took 130 million euros from the pockets of Albanian taxpayers, he took all the powers of the Council Municipal.

Brahaj emphasizes the fact that Veliaj took all this courage because he thought he would do this together with his government.

"Veliaj has taken the powers of the Municipal Council and has misused the office.

This is the moment that the taxes of Albanian citizens were given a problematic contract.

He was brave because he thought he would do this together with his government", said journalist Aranita Brahaj./ CNA
