The Criminal Court of Tirana has decided to declare the arrest of two police officers of Police Station No. 3, BC and AZ, illegal, and has not imposed any security measures against them.

The two police officers were detained by the AMP for committing the criminal offenses of "Forgery of seals, stamps or forms" and "Abuse of office".

The AMP announcement stated that these two police officers are suspected of having collaborated to compile the Certificate of Credibility for Muçi Shaljani, without reflecting in it the data that constitutes a cause for the violation of security conditions.

Muçi Shaljani has died in the Trauma Hospital, 4 days after being seriously injured in the Rinas assassination attempt, where Gilmando Dani was executed. Shaljani, also known by the nickname "Sheqeri", received 10 bullets, 2 of which in the head. /CNA
