The media serving the mayor arrested on 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses, Erion Veliaj, have released a document at the order of his lawyers, which states that the mayor has made a request to the Administrative Court for the next session to be broadcast live to the media.

In fact, this document has several problems.

The first one is without Erion Veliaj's signature, the second one is without a stamp, the third one is without a date and the fourth one is marked "Date_.03.2026".

The other detail lies in the fact that Erion Veliaj submitted the request in the first session at the Administrative Court, but the document was released by the media today because the next session is imminent.

In the first session, Erion Veliaj requested an open-door session, but the judge overruled him.

Now, the request that Erion Veliaj made in the first session, his lawyers through his media paid for with the money of the incinerators and Veliaj's brother or the "5D" file, have been released and published.

Today's document has four details that indicate that it was published intentionally and it clearly appears to be a script by Erion Veliaj's defendant's lawyer. 

The goal in this case cannot be anything other than pressure or blackmail against the judge in the case because in the first session when Erion Veliaj presented it, he refused to broadcast it live and it was not given to the media.

The same standard has been used by courts at other levels, which have said that there is a decision by the Supreme Court of Justice when court proceedings are broadcast live or not.

In Veliaj's case, he requested it from the Administrative Court, but it rejected it.

Now, a few weeks after the first session, they produce a document without a date, without a signature, and without a seal, but they have left the month marked where it says "Date_.03.2026".
