"Plug" mentioned Bollino as the broker of the tenders he received/ BKH

National Bureau of Investigation agents have conducted searches today at the offices of businessman Rais Petrela. According to information, BKH agents are currently in the office where the businessman himself is present.

Rais Petrela's name came up on the "Plug" show on Syri TV, where it was reported that the publisher of Shqiptarja.com and Report TV, Carlo Bollino, had the role of broker of tenders that this businessman benefited from. According to "Plug", this was discovered in the wiretaps of conversations with the former head of the Albanian Anti-Corruption Agency, Evis Berberi.

More specifically, the show stated that the company that won the tender for supervision of maintenance works on the main road axes, from which Carlo Bollino had not received his share, was Rais Petrela's Archi Space.

According to Plug, this is a character known for his closeness to Erion Veliaj, the mayor of Tirana, with whom even Carlo Bollino himself has not hidden his close friendship and cooperation.

For this fact, the evidence is Belinda Balluku's communications with Evis Berberi, where they clearly state that for the tenders for the supervision of the Ring Road lots, the beneficiaries have agreed with Prime Minister Edi Rama, where as it was proven one of them is Carlo Bollino.

"Plug" published that after confirmation, Balluku also sends a photo from the electronic procurement system, which lists the procurement procedures published by the Albanian Road Authority on 17.03.2022, and specifically:

Lot 4: Contract D “Supervision of maintenance works with performance of the main axes of the Southern region”;

 Lot 3: Contract C “Supervision of maintenance works with performance of the main axes of the Central and Southeastern region”;

Lot 2: Contract B “Supervision of maintenance works with performance of the main axes of the Central and Northeastern region”;

Lot 1: Contract A “Supervision of performance maintenance works of the main axes of the northern region”; as well as “Supervision for performance maintenance of road segments paved with Council Decision No. 600, dated 13.10.2021”.
