Padia e opozitës për marrëveshjen Rama-Meloni/ Socialistët nuk tërhiqen: Ka kaluar në të gjitha filtrat

Ministri i Drejtësisë, Ulsi Manja, pas mbledhjes së qeverisë ka komentuar padinë e opozitës të dërguar në Gjykatën Kushtetuese për marrëveshjen Rama-Meloni për emigrantët e vendeve të treta.

Sipas ministrit, opozita ka të drejtën e saj por nuk e cilëson marrëveshjen si antikushtetuese pasi para se të nënshkruhej ka kaluar në të gjitha filtrat.

 “Marrëveshja me Italinë në dijeninë time dhe sa është bërë publike, qeveria italiane e ka kaluar marrëveshjen. Është marrëveshje që janë bërë publike dhe arsyet e nënshkrimit nga ana jonë. Është e drejta e gjithkujt që ta çojnë në Kushtetuese. Por nuk ka si të jetë antikushtetuese një marrëveshje që ka kaluar të gjitha filtrat para se të nënshkruhet nga dy kryeministrat”, u shpreh ai./ CNA
