The Head of the Kosovo Judicial Council, Erjon Bani, gave clear messages at the meeting with the heads of justice institutions and Dutch representatives in a discussion on the topic of Independence and Accountability.

Bani stated that without accountability there is no trust, without independence there is no justice, and without integrity the first two do not exist.

Bani emphasized that a self-correcting system gains public trust, and trust is earned through hard work and concrete results.

The judge emphasized that success is measured not by words but by actions and results in practice.
