The partnership with Rama/Salianji demands amnesty as a bargain

Today, the DP has sent an amendment to the Parliament, which requests amnesty for the deputy Ervin Salianji, otherwise known as "Babalja".

According to the media, this document was submitted by Ferdinand Xhaferri, who is asking the government for amnesty for "Babale", who was sentenced to 1 year in prison for making a false report for political interest.

According to the document, it is requested that every person who has been sentenced to 2 years but who has not yet been given a decision by the appeal be pardoned.

Thus, the law on amnesty, which will go to the Parliament if it is voted on and the government accepts this amendment, will save "Babale's" skin.

A series of court sessions have been held for Babala, which have dragged on.

We remind here that in December 2019, Ervin Salianji was sentenced to one year in prison by the Court of Tirana for the file known as "Babalja". Salianji is charged with false reporting.
