The Directorate of Professional Standards in the State Police, at the end of the in-depth investigation, launched for some police officers, for serious violations of the State Police regulations, has recommended to the General Director of Police, the dismissal of 3 Police officers, as well as postponing the promotion deadline by 2 years, for another police officer, whose actions and inactions violated Article 209 of the State Police Regulation.

Drejtori i Përgjithshëm i Policisë së Shtetit ka miratuar përjashtimin nga radhët e Policisë së Shtetit, të punonjësve të Policisë:

- Inspektor Y. D., me detyrë trup shërbimi në Sektorin e Forcës së Posaçme “Shqiponja”, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë. Ky punonjës policie u pezullua nga detyra, në datën 22.12.2022, pasi gjatë kohës që ka qenë jashtë orarit të shërbimit është konfliktuar me efektivët e Komisariatit të Policisë Rrugore Tiranë;

- Inspektor R. M., me detyrë trup shërbimi/OPP, në Seksionin për Rendin, në Komisariatin e Policisë Elbasan, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Elbasan, pasi në datën 21.12.2022, është konfliktuar me punonjësin e policisë E. H., gjatë kohës që të dy kanë qenë jashtë orarit të shërbimit;

- Inspektor R. F., me detyrë trup shërbimi, në Seksionin e Sigurisë dhe Objekteve, në Komisariatin Rajonal të Policisë Rrugore, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë, pasi kur është ndaluar nga shërbimet e Forcës së Posaçme “Shqiponja”, për të ushtruar kontroll në automjetin e tij, i ka kundërshtuar, ofenduar dhe kanosur ata.
