The well-known nutritionist Blerina Bombaj said that we should lose about 3000 calories a day to get back in shape after the holidays.

She said that this reduction should be done thanks to the foods that people should consume, including grains, fruits and dairy, and giving up sweets and fast food.

Further in her speech, she stated that vegetables and fruits in these months are not in season, as they contain pesticides.

Bombay emphasized that we will go without food if we do not support local production, and that we should not wait for politics alone.
