Tomorrow the member of the Constitutional Court will be voted/the Ombudsman

Tomorrow, the Assembly will vote on the candidate for the member of the Constitutional Court.

But it is learned that the People's Advocate, Erinda Ballanca, has officially requested the KED to suspend the selection process of the member of the Constitutional Court.

Ballanca has asked to wait for the verification of the old certificate issued to Ardian Dvoran by the "Mezini" Commission for the purity of the picture.

Meanwhile, we remind you that the two candidacies that were discussed yesterday in the Law Commission are Marjana Semini and Ardjan Dvorani, but the latter will be selected.

As previously reported by  CNA.al,  Lulzim Basha and Enkelejd Alibeaj will join the votes with the majority to appoint Ardian Dvoran to the Constitutional Court. 

Dvorani is one of the names of justices who have clashed with politics, one of them being with Ilir Meta, when he was President./  BA - CNA.al
