"In 2030, the labor market will be overturned"/ Bregu: New professions
Majlinda Bregu

The former General Secretary of the Council for Regional Cooperation (RBC), Majlinda Bregu, has published the list of professions that will dominate the labor market in 2030 according to the World Economic Forum @worldeconomicforum.

Through a post on "Facebook", Bregu writes that the labor market after 5 years will not need administrative assistants, secretaries, archivists, legal assistants, drivers, employees in post offices, etc.

Due to the technological momentum, Breku emphasizes that young people risk being unemployed due to the increased demand for people with very good IT skills.

"The World Economic Forum @worldeconomicforum has published the list of professions that will dominate the labor market in 2030, highlighting a part of the professions which in the Balkans and Albania occupy the largest part of the market.
For example, in 2030 to need administrative assistants, secretaries, archivists, legal assistants, drivers, post office employees, etc.
Almost all new professions will have base, information technology.
By now, we all know more or less.
The question is:
"Are we ready for this upheaval of the current labor market rules, where technological skills, critical thinking, are more and more in demand? !”
In the region today, only 2.6% of employees are IT specialists.
Budgetary expenses for research and innovation are 0.4% of GDP, while in 2023 only 0.08% of GDP, i.e. less than 0.1% (OECD )
In 2021, according to the World Bank, only 34.5% of Albanians have made digital payments, unfortunately among the lowest levels in the region (61.7%).
Albania is ranked in the country 21, among 23 with a total score of 36.37 points in 4 sections (Talent, IT Infrastructure, Economic Impact and Business Environment), below Kosovo and other Balkan countries
.
from education (remember the results of PISA); rapid and short-term digital training for those who are at risk of being unemployed due to the technological revolution; clearly of entrepreneurship and 'start-ups' that bring innovation to attract young people and stop their emigration; financial support scheme for IT specialists - including those from the diaspora who want to return to their homeland not only to vote, - up to awareness of the danger that threatens us when young people are oriented towards studies that mainly prepare civil servants, are simply necessary.
If we don't want the whole world to be receiving and giving universal services according to artificial intelligence, we should deal with the methodical exploitation of stupidity by entrusting development to Instagram."
