On February 13, claims for Beleri/ Lawyer: They want to punish him

On February 13, the claim will be given for the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri.

The claim will be read at 2:00 p.m. when the hearing will be held.  

In a statement to the media, Beler's lawyer said that he had been convicted before, when he was young.

According to him, it is clear that they want to punish him.

"On 12/05, we showed him 6 more evidence of penalties, none of them were penalized. Even the specialist said that he is innocent. The law is clear. There was, 20 years ago when he was young, he had a sentence, I can't explain it. Today there was another dimension, which was illegal. The court asks the General Director of Police for information regarding Arsen Rama's payment. Twice the Police Directorate refuses to answer the Court on the grounds that it is secret", he said./ CNA
