The "Berisha" case/ Session for the request of the former prime minister

A court session is expected to take place today in the case of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

His lawyers have requested that the former prime minister's request to participate in the parliamentary sessions be reviewed.

This request was dismissed earlier and the lawyers contested this decision.

We remind you that Berisha is under house arrest for accusations of passive corruption in connection with the "Partizani" file.
