Frauds of "Micro Credit Albania" and "Final" / Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, request to 11 banks of the second level

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has made a request to 11 second-level banks regarding the financial companies "Micro Credit Albania" (MCA) and "Final", seized for loan fraud.

The prosecution requested that the banks unblock the accounts of customers of "Micro Credit Albania" (MCA) and "Final".

The request bearing the signature of the prosecutor Antoneta Sevdarasi came after the end of the investigations.

The prosecution has charged the five citizens with the initials LV, LN, EA, LP, and MD, for the criminal offense of "Fraud" and "Forgery of documents".

In cooperation with each other, these people, using lies and abuse of trust, have appropriated the amounts of loans received from at least 15 people who have filed a criminal complaint by defrauding them and embezzling the monetary amounts./ CNA
