Marrëveshje Rama-Meloni/ Berisha: Do i drejtohemi Gjykatës Kushtetuese

Ish-kryeministri, Sali Berisha ka deklaruar për mediat pas mbledhjes së grupit parlamentar se opozita do t’i drejtohet Gjykatës Kushtetuese për çështjen e marrëveshjes me emigrantët.

“Ka një shkelje serioze të kushtetutës firma e Edi Ramës. Ka probleme serioze të të drejtave të njeriut duke mbajtur qëndrimin tonë negativ opozita do i drejtohet Gjykatës Kushtetuese për këtë marrëveshje.

Qëndrimi i Edi Ramës dhe Linda Nikollës, Linda e parlamentit është më antidemokratik antikushtetues, beteja vazhdon pa kthim.

Nëse respektohet të drejtat kushtetuese ne kemi deklaruar se jemi për vendosjen e normalitetit në parlament.

Është gjëja më e thjeshtë rikthimi i të drejtave kushtetuese,por Edi Rama nuk pranon.Pse nuk pranon , se nuk do të hetohet”, tha Berisha./ CNA
