Ligji për Zonat e Mbrojtura/ Spahiu: Pse rrezikon trashëgiminë kulturore

Juristi dhe analisti Kreshnik Spahiu ka komentuar ndryshimet në ligjin për Zonat e Mbrojtura.

Gjatë një prononcimi për Euroneës Albania, Kreshnik Spahiu është shprehur se Shqipëria është ende e papërgatitur për këto ligje.

Sipas tij ka rrezik pasi askush nuk siguron që nuk do të kapërcehen kufinjtë nga bashkitë, të cilat do t’i administrojnë trashëgimitë kulturore.

 “Si mundet të mbash në kontroll që ky ligj nuk do kapërcehen kufijtë nga bashkitë, ku ti në mes të Tiranës, nuk i ke kontrolluar shumë ndërtime dhe kulla. ty në sheshin Skënderbej të janë ndërtuar objekte që kanë deklaruar se kanë mbi 10 kate pa leje.
