The Court of Appeal overturns the suspension of 11 cadastre employees/ reinstates them

The Lezhë Court of Appeal overturned the suspension of 11 cadastre employees.

It was alleged that the 11 employees had not transferred 234,000 square meters of alienated land to the state in the area of ??Rana e Hedhur in Shengjin.

According to the Court of Lezha, these square meters were alienated with forged documents.

The employees opposed this decision on the grounds that it is not in the practice of their work as other decisions are required and that the court did not state that it should have returned to state property.

The suspended officials who have returned to duty are: Alban Gjinaj, Ostrela Bardhaj, Besjon Ivanaj, Ornela Marku, Vitore Lleshi, Marinela Tuci, Sebastjano Gjetja, Diljana Prenga, Dorina Sula, Eglantin Lleshaj, Xhentil Gjegji./ CNA
