Justice Minister Besfort Lamallari has distanced himself from the Irena Gjoka case. Asked at the press conference how he sees the issue, Lamallari evaded it, stating that he does not comment on specific cases or investigations by the ILD or KLGJ.
"It is not our duty to comment on specific cases or investigations by the ILD or the KLGJ. As for guaranteeing the performance of duties according to legal provisions and taking into account complaints from citizens addressed to the ministry regarding claims of indefinitely extending deadlines for the disclosure of judicial decisions, I have not hesitated in every case to take them to the ILD, we have made the cases public", said Lamallari./ CNA
