Autoritetet shqiptare kanë kërkuar ekstradimin e tij drejt Shqipërisë.
Isamil Zeneli është personi i cili njihej me nofkën kuksiani dhe që tentoi të vriste dy vëllezërit Nela në Britaninë e Madhe.
Ismail Zeneli kishte porositur vrasjen e dy vëllezërve që jetonin në Britaninë e Madhe për hakmarrje.
Vrasjen e kishte marrë përsipër ta kryente Bujar Gërmizi, i cili më pas e ka ndryshuar mbiemrin në Ajazi.
Për të marrë informacione mbi vendndodhjen e vëllezërve, Zeneli ishte ndihmuar nga Dedan Gjoni, shefi i hetimit të krimeve në Komisariatin Nr.6, në Tiranë, i cili u arrestua pak ditë më parë nga operacioni i SPAK./ CNA
