The former deputy and member of the Presidency of the DP, Belind Kelliçi, made a very strong statement in his interview on A2cnn, where he said that certain individuals within the SPAK structure, SPAK prosecutors have a conflict of interest with Municipality of Tirana, since they are close to them, they are employed in key positions in the Municipality of Tirana.

Today as we speak, I have filed three more reports with SPAK about the Tirana incinerator, nothing happens. I have documented it with voice, with picture, with sight how 7 floors were built without permission at the Eye of Tirana tower in Skënderbej square and not only is the company or individual in question not penalized, but they are given public land to build, are rewarded and on the other hand, an ordinary citizen today cannot build the courtyard of his house until the municipal police knock on the door", said Kelliçi.
