The PD candidate for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has "caught a checkmate" of the mayor Erion Veliaj, issuing two decisions of the Municipal Council, the one from 2019, which states that multi-sport fields are offered, while in 2022 the entrance to a field sports will be charged.
