Former prosecutor against the law on gender equality and hormone therapy: It

Former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja has harshly criticized gender equality policies and legislation, stating that, according to him, it produces the opposite effect and increases discrimination against the rest of society.

He also added that these policies, according to him, could also encourage the arrival of individuals from abroad who benefit from the "legal climate", affecting the social and economic structure of the country.

Another concern raised by him is related to the education system, where Ndoja claims that interventions in gender equality education can affect children and the way they form their perceptions.

"No one says that with the law on gender equality, through non-discrimination, we have increased discrimination for the rest. I'm taking it in numbers: 1% benefits, the other 99 are discriminated against due to the imposition of a fee of 30 to 50% of participation in activities in certain areas of the economy. This is unfair economic competition in the horizontal and vertical aspects. We have done it by law.

What have we done through this? We have encouraged people from abroad who have such inclinations to come, to take advantage of this legal climate, to live here and get the passports that the demagogue makes for sports, but for a different purpose. To have the legal basis and some money to come and exercise their activities. The climate is good, the food is good. But we are depopulating our country in order to repopulate it, not with our citizens, but with others.

Third, we intervene in the most fragile phase of society: children, education in schools. Let's make education in schools mandatory, so that a child who is like a sponge learns automatically. Even emblematic figures like Spiderman begin to be perceived as normal.

So, imagine the children. The law has negative effects, but they are simply seen as gender. Who controls these people at dinner or what they do indoors? There is no commission to self-declare or to certify these. Today they declare 'I am him', tomorrow 'I am her'", declares Ndoja./ CNA
