According to him, with the facts about the Tirana incinerator today, Veliaj should have been a defendant before the justice bodies.

"Unfortunately, the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj and his representatives have lost the reality of the daily troubles and problems of the citizens of Tirana. The arrogance and irresponsibility of Erion Veliaj is reflected everywhere and this becomes even more sensitive in relation to his behavior with the City Council. The municipality of Tirana during the leadership of Erion Veliaj has turned into a structure of abuse in relation to the citizens. In Tirana, living is unaffordable due to the very high taxes and local fees due to the corruption of the mayor and the officials under him," said Braimllari.

Braimllari says that Tirana has returned to the capital of concrete.

"Tirana has become the center of concrete, the lack of public openings and the laundering of dirty money through the towers signed by Erion Veliaj himself. Tirana today faces the unaffordable prices of apartments. If Erion Veliaj, with all the building permits he has signed, would get 3% in square meters as the law says, today we would have 1 thousand apartments for people in need. Erion Veliaj is the champion of broken promises. From the statements that the tower in Tirana would not give, to the promise of drinking water 24 hours a day. Despite the scandalous and one-sided increase in the price of drinking water from 45 Lek to 65 Lek per cubic meter, Tirana today continues to suffer terribly from the lack of water," he said.

Endrit Braimllari says that with the facts about Tirana's incinerator Erion Veliaj, he should have been charged before the justice bodies.

"The denunciation of the corrupt affair of the century, of the Tirana incinerator by the Freedom Party, one of the biggest thefts in the country where Erion Veliaj is directly involved. The municipality of Tirana pays millions of euros from citizens' taxes for the non-existent incinerator. Erion Veliaj is the main responsible for Tirana's incinerator, he is the originator, orderer and implementer of this corrupt project. His firm, in violation of the law by taking the powers of the municipal council, paved the way for the concession of the incinerator. With the authority of the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj has issued several orders on the procedures of the Tirana incinerator. For over two years, Erion Veliaj has not sent the representatives of the project implementation unit to closely follow the progress of the implementation of the contract.

"Only with these facts, today Erion Veliaj should be a defendant before the justice bodies. Erion Veliaj, in the October meeting, removed 4.3 million euros from the fund dedicated to education and transferred it to the Tirana incinerator, which does not exist.
