Incinerator of Fieri/ Court hearing postponed to September

The judicial process for the Fier incinerator has been postponed until September.

The next session will be held on September 6. This move was made with the claim that the lawyers of the former minister Lefter Koka did not have the conclusions ready.

We remind you that the Special Prosecutor's Office has filed a claim demanding 10 years in prison for the former Minister of the Environment, Lefter Koka, in connection with the Fier incinerator, and for the former Secretary of the Ministry of the Environment, Alqi Blako, 7 years in prison has been requested. While for Klodian Zoton, he requested 12 years in prison and 4 years in prison for Arben Dervishaj.

All four defendants benefit from summary judgment if found guilty.
