The incinerator of Elbasan/ GJKKO accepts the abbreviated trial for Leftër

GJKKO has accepted the abbreviated trial for the former Minister of the Environment Leftër Koka, the former secretary of the Ministry of the Environment, Alqi Blako and for the other 7 defendants for the Elbasan incinerator affair.

The trial for Etleva Kondi will continue with the usual trial.

The request for summary judgment was made by Lefter Koka, Alqi Blako and 7 other defendants.

The next session where SPAK will read the claim will take place on May 18 at 09.00.

The defendants for the Elbasan incinerator affair are:

1. Lefter Koka - former Minister of Environment
2. Alqi Blako, former General Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, 
3. Etleva Kondi, - defendant
4. Jonida Zeqo, defendant
5. Pëllumb Abeshi, defendant
6. Bardhul Çabiri, defendant
7. Serafin Papa, defendant
8. Mirel Mërtiri, the actual owner of the company "Albtek Energy" sh.pk
9. Klodian Zoto - sole partner and administrator of the company "Integrated Technology Services"
10. Stela Gugallja - sole partner and administrator of the company "Albtek Energy"/CNA.al
