"The time has come, there is no escape"/ I gave a call to Mediu after SPAK's accusations

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on the confrontation of the head of the PR, Fatmir Mediu with justice.

According to him, the dismissal of the Gërdec case did not mean innocence for Mediu,

Njjela called on Mediu, during an interview for Euronea Albania, to face the law.

"I noticed that he has no protection. The prosecution opens the case whenever it wants because it is not a court. The medium could not get an acquittal in court, the case was dismissed. The time has come for him to go and claim his innocence in court, there is no way out", said Ngjela.

The former Minister of Defense has been charged with 'abuse of duty' for the Gërdec tragedy.

A day before, the accusation was communicated to him by SPAK. /CNA.al
