The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, says that Albania does not have a thief like Rama.

Rama says that he will appoint who will be co-chairman of the Electoral Commission. Can this be tolerated? What kind of opposition are we if we accept this? It knows no norm, no limit. This does not allow the Parliamentary Commission to steal together with his family day and night. In order for an official not to steal and abuse, he must respect the laws. The daughter of the family wins the tender every week. I can represent you if we do not receive the documentation and say why you are winning the tenders. Albania does not have a thief like Rama. If we do not investigate the one who is the head of corruption, we succumb.
