Gazetari ngre dyshimet për dosjen “Gërdeci”/ Fatmir Mediu mund të dalë si i përdorur

Ish-ministri i Mbrojtjes, Fatmir Mediu

Gazetari Poli Hoxha ka ngritur dyshime, teksa ka folur për dosjen e Gërdecit dhe për akuzat e ngritura ndaj ish-ministrit të Mbrojtjes, Fatmir Mediu.

Hoxha tha në emisionin e Erla Mëhillit se Fatmir Mediu mund të dalë si i përdorur në këtë çështje, duke paralajmëruar gjëra të papritura.

“Zhvillimi i gjyqit mund të nxjerrë gjëra të papritura. Mund të dalë Fatmir Mediu siç e ka thënë, se ka thënë njëherë Mediu, shikoni te VKM-të, e ka thënë njëherë kur doli nga SPAK-u. Mund të dalë Fatmiri edhe i përdorur, nuk e dimë ne, s’mund të flasim”, u shpreh ai.

Ndërkohë, kujtojmë se SPAK mbylli hetimet dhe dërgoi sot në gjykatë dosjen “Gërdeci”. Në këtë dosje, ish-ministri Mediu akuzohet për veprat penale “Shpërdorim detyre” dhe “Shpërdorim i detyrës në bashkëpunim me subjekt ushtarak-kuadër komandues”./ B.A. - CNA.al
