Edvin Kondili goes back in time/ This is the file with which he claims to become the head of SPAK

The candidate in the race for the head of SPAK, Edvin Kondili, during the presentation of his candidacy before the KLP for the head of SPAK, said that he wants to lead the prosecution body as he believes he has the right experience.

However, he has mentioned that he has mainly investigated crimes related to the trafficking of narcotics.

“I jam përgjigjur thirjjes nga KLP për vendin vakant për drejtuesin e Prokurorisë së Posaçme, kam aplikuar pasi kam vlerësuar të gjithë eksperiencën dhe kurajon për të drejtuar këtë institucion. Kjo është një fazë vendimtare për konsolidimin e prokurorisë së Posaçme, ku kërkon analizave të dobësive me qëllim për të nxjerrë përfundime për të ardhmen. Angazhimi im do të jetë maksimal nëse fitoj. Kam 18 vjet që ushtroj detyrën e prokurorit, 15-vite pranë Prokurorisë së Krimeve të Rënda dhe pas mbylljes së saj prokurorë në SPAK. Gjatë këtyrre 18-viteve kam hetuar të gjitha veprat penale, por më tepër ato që lidhen me korrupsionin.Unë shkurtimisht përmedn faktin se veprat penale që kam përfaqësuar në gjykim kanë patur të bjën me trafikun e lëndëve narkotike, trafikun e armëve dhe municioneve, grup të strukturuar kriminal , vrasje e funksiorit të policisë, si dhe vrasje brenda familjes”, deklaroi Kondili./ CNA.al
